- To offer the widest range of styles, colors and sizes, each item is custom printed to your specifications after your order is placed. That said, most items are shipped within 2-8 business days depending on the timing of your order with our warehouse deliveries. If a particular size or color is temporarily unavailable at our distributor, we'll contact you asap to suggest an alternative (or confirm that you would like to wait for your original selected item). All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipments to US addresses are sent via Priority Mail. International orders are sent either via Global Priority Mail or USPS Airmail depending on the weight of the package. USPS Priority Mail provides delivery confirmation, but not real time package tracking.

- Paw Media is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or give away personal information to any third party.
- Returns & Replacements
- Since each item is custom printed for your order, we do not accept returns. We check every item for defects from the manufacturer. If you happen to receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for an exchange. We are not responsible for any item returned to us without an RMA number.

- Product Information
- If you are unsure of your apparel size, please consult the size charts. We also have color charts available. In the event of an item being out of stock at our distributors, we reserve the right to substitute a different brand of the same quality for your order.
