We offer three printing methods to cover almost any requirement you have.  Each method has it's pros and cons based on the quantity, design and budget.  Not sure which is best for you?  Don't worry... just submit your design for with a price quote and we'll assist.  Don't have a design yet?  We can help with that too.  We can also customize individual items (like athletic jerseys with names and numbers).

Screen Printing

• Traditional silk screen printing has stood the test of time.
• Wide range of printing options including spot color and process printing.
• Our artists will work with you to prepare your artwork.
• 2-3 weeks lead time for production.
• Minimum order size 50 pieces.  Very economical for larger runs of multi color designs.
• Selection of over 2000 printable items including t-shirts in over 100 colors.  Hoodies, hats, tanks, thongs, jackets, bags, etc.
• We prefer Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files. Other formats may incur additional charges. Color separation fees vary by design.

Vinyl / Flex Printing

• Very durable print - it will likely outlast the shirt itself!
• Top quality optical cutting machines and automatic presses ensure that each print will be identical.
• We print directly from your electronic file.  Artwork must be in vector format - Illustrator or CorelDraw.
• Most orders ship within 3-4 days.  Next day printing available.
• Minimum order size 10 pieces.  Very economical for short runs of simple designs on dark shirts.  You can mix sizes and colors in a single order.
• Selection of over 2000 printable items including t-shirts in over 100 colors.  Hoodies, hats, tanks, thongs, jackets, bags, etc.
• Wide variety of solid colors and other eye catching options like glitter, metalic and fuzzy flock!
• Each print can be customized with names or numbers.
• Design must be in a vector based format (Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator preferred).  Please convert all text to curves or provide actual PC font file.  Don't have a vector drawing?  We can help trace your image.

Digital Printing

• Full color printing with no setup fees, no per color fees and no screen charges.   Allows you to use any number of colors in your design at the same low cost.
• High speed, commercial grade digital transfer system with automatic presses provide a quality print at the lowest price.
• We print directly from your electronic file - no complicated color separations required.
• Most orders ship within 2-3 days.  Same day printing available.
• Minimum order size of just 10 pieces.  Very economical for short runs with multicolor designs.  You can mix sizes and colors in a single order.
• Printing surface must be white or a very light color.
• Printable items range from t-shirts (adult, youth, toddler, and infant), sport shirts, infant onesies, aprons, mouse pads, tote bags, etc.
• Stock templates available for your design, custom design services available.
• Each print can be customized with names or numbers.
• Design requirements: 
  
  • CMYK raster (photographic) images including GIF, TIFF, JPEG, etc. created with Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc. Large, clear, bright images work best. Please provide 200 DPI image at the final print size. Standard size is up to 8" x 10" or 10" x 8". Enlarged size is up to 10" x 16" or 16" x 10". Pocket prints should be sized at approx 4" x 4".
  • CMYK vector (drawing) images created in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. Please convert all text to curves or provide actual PC font file.
  • Photo prints - clear, bright prints work best. Please send largest possible photo for large printing. Send photo in a padded envelope. Photo will be returned with order.
  • Drawings - Please send black and white drawing if possible. Provide second copy describing colors.
